Our Commitment

ShootMeet is a photography meetup platform designed for adult photographers. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.

Age Requirement

ShootMeet is intended for users aged 16 and older. Users must accept our Terms and Conditions upon first use, which include acknowledgment of this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on ShootMeet:

• Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation
• Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or any attempt to exploit minors
• Any content that sexualizes minors
• Using the platform to contact or arrange meetings with minors for the purpose of exploitation

Violations of these policies will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Reporting Mechanisms

ShootMeet provides multiple ways for users to report concerns about child safety:

• In-app reporting: Users can report any user or content directly within the app using the Report function, available on every user profile and through the "Report a Problem" option in Profile settings.
• Block function: Users can immediately block any user they find concerning.
• Email: Reports can also be sent directly to our team at the email address below.

All reports are reviewed promptly. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action, including removing content, banning users, and reporting to law enforcement authorities as required by law.

Enforcement and Cooperation with Authorities

When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we will:

• Immediately remove the content and suspend the account
• Report the incident to the relevant national and regional authorities, including law enforcement
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
• Preserve relevant evidence as required by law
